Free Masterclasses

Our free masterclasses are provided at no cost and therefore no refunds apply. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule or withdraw free events at any time.

3-Day Intensive

Participants may request a refund up to 14 days before the event start date. Refund requests received after this date will not be granted. If a participant is unable to attend an event, they may request a transfer to one future event, subject to availability and reasonable notice being provided. No refunds will be provided once an event has commenced.

Digital Products and Resources

Due to the immediate access provided to digital products, templates, AI prompts, GPTs, recordings, downloads and other digital resources, purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.

Memberships and Community Subscriptions

Memberships and subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing. Fees already paid are non-refundable and no partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
